Change Management Certification Program

The Prosci® Change Management Certification Program equips participants with the ability to manage change in current and future projects within the organization. During the workshop, participants prepare a plan for their project using tools such as the ADKAR™ Model, the 3-phase PROSCI® Change Management process, the CLARC model for managers and the Sponsor Diagram.

The program is aimed at managers and experts who are responsible for implementing changes in a specific project or want to build change management competences in their organization.
